The Ramones

Felix toons the original punk rock band… The Ramones. They originally formed in Queens, NY in 1974 with a lineup of Joey, Johnny and Dee Dee Ramone (Ramone not being their birthnames). They’re basic rock sound with a fast tempo and catchy songs would set the stage for a New York punk rock scene and be followed by the birth of many more punk rock bands including the British born Sex Pistols (who put a violent spin on punk).

that Ramones performance was not that great, and ramones are not very good instrument players, their songs are repetitive, and are VERY easy to play. Ramones aren’t to good, all in all.

The Point of the Ramones was to be one of the first punk bands after a period of decline in rock music, not to be a super complex group of musical geniuses. So what if their songs are easy to play. The point is that the Ramones had something to say. They’re punk legends.

‘Ramones aren’t that good’.Firstly,you mean the Ramones WEREN’T that good..Chyeaaah…They were still fuckin’ awwwesome, and influenced a lot of people. They,like the people,aforementioned, have said, that they had something to say.Not that your opinion matters or anything.And I think it’s about the art…Not their music in general.So ummm…Yeah…Go listen to Simple Plan.
